We are a small business and cancellations impact us significantly.
A two week cancellation policy is in place. Cancellations within 14 days of the reservation date will be subject to full charge unless we are able able to fill the vacancy. If unable to fill vacancy, 1 night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total amount for a multiple night reservation. Last minute cancellations, or a no-show rate, same as above.
